Bio
Joseph Wayne Quitta was born in Bryan, August 21, 1955, to the late Albin Frank and Elizabeth Helen Simecek Quitta. Mr. Quitta died Thursday in Tyler. He was a U.S. Marine Veteran and served during the Vietnam Conflict 1974-1978, as an Aviation Mechanic. He received an associate degree in electronics, and was a communication technician for Teletouch. He is survived by his brother and sister in law, Wes A. & Judy Quitta; sisters, Marie E. Thacker and Louise Bailey; and numerous nephews, nieces, great nephews, and great nieces.
