Bio

Elsie never married and always lived with family. For a while she lived with her sister Delia Perkins Freeman who ran a hotel with her husband. However, she lived most of her life with her sisters Mary Bovee and Maud Perkins. She was born in Mukwonago, Waukesha County, Wisconsin - her family left New York state in 1846.
