Mrs. James S. Simcoe, 1125 Franklin street, died at 9:30 o'clock last night in McCormick Hospital. Mrs. Simcoe, 60, had been in failing health the past year and a half. She is survived by her husband; two sons, James N. Simcoe, Moberly, and Sgt. Dan Simcoe, 175th Military Police, Camp Atterbury, IND; two grandchildren, Marilyn and Jackie Simcoe; and five sisters, Mrs. Bertha Woodington, Mrs. Pearl Walker, Mrs. Anna Vandegrift, Mrs. Rose Jones and Mrs. Ruby Hackett, all of Moberly. Mrs. Simcoe was born in Moberly and had lived here her entire life. She was an active member of First Baptist Church and a member of its choir. The body is in the Mahan Funeral Palors, where services will be held at 2:30 tomorrow afternoon by her pastor, the Rev. Joseph P. Grant. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetary.
