* The informant on her TXDC (her husband W.L. Chesnutt) gives her birth date as Jan 21, 1846 which varies greatly from her stone and census, and is no doubt incorrect. * w/o W.L. Chesnutt * m/o little Lloyd L. Chesnutt whose marker is beside/behind her's. ---------------------- * From the Record of Funeral is the following: Mrs. Mary Lidia Chesnutt wife of W. L. Chesnutt DOD: November 28, 1911; Age 50 Date of Funeral: November 29, 1911 Place Died: Port Arthur, Tx Funeral held at M. E. Church at 2:30 p.m. Burial at Glendale Cemetery ------------------------ * Per 1900 census Mary & William say they have been married for 19 years. This means they married approx 1881 - but where?? We have found no marriage record for them here locally. ------------------------
