Date and name of Paper Unk William Kiggans is Found Dead William Kiggans 61, life long resident of Eastern Washington County, was found dead in the power house of the J L Hall farm of Dart shortly before 10 a.m. on Monday. His body was found by C R Cline, gauger, when he called at the power house on the lease where Mr. Kiggans had been employed as a pumper, Dr. R W Riggs, Washington County coroner, investigated cause of death, which was attributed to a heart attack. Mr. Kiggans was a son of Elijah and Eleanor Kiggans. Surviving are his widow and several sons and daughters, Harry Kiggans, Clarence Kiggans, Lawrence Kiggans, William Kiggans, Robert Kiggans and Mrs. Ruth Rake, all of the Dart Neighborhood, Floyd Kiggans of Canton. There are 22 grandchildren. Brothers are Charles Kiggins of Ravens Rock and John Allen Kiggins of Marietta. There is one half brother Elmer Kiggins of East Liverpool and three half sisters, also his stepmother.
