William F Cook was the 10th of 12 children born to George W Cook and Elizabeth 'Eliza' J Bird. On 4 Feb 1891 in David City, Butler County, Nebraska, USA , William married Margaret 'Maggie' S Spatz. 4 children were born and all have passed. William does appear on a U.S., Register of Civil, Military, and Naval Service, 1863-1959 record on 1 July 1897 in David City, Butler, Nebraska, USA , which reports his employment as a Clerk in the David City Post Office.
