Bio

Josie, of Port Arthur, passed away at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas. Born to Martin and Eva (sic) Hlavinka she had been a resident of Port Arthur for seventy years and was a longtime member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Milich and son, Charles Milich. Survivors include her son, Emil Milich and wife, Barbara; daughter-in-law, Lynette Milich; brothers, Martin Hlavinka, Jr. and George Hlavinka; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
