Services for Mary Louise Hill, 87, of Longview will be Monday, January 9, 2017 at the First Assembly of God in Gladewater. Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Hill passed away January 6, 2017 in at her home surrounded by loving family. Mrs. Hill was born October 14, 1929 in Glenwood, Texas to the late Liston Knight and Lucy Campbell Knight. She married Herman Hill in 1948 and they spent 44 years together before his passing in 1992. Mary was retired from the Resistol Hat Factory after many years of service as an operator. She loved spending time with family and friends. Mary was a longtime member of the First Assembly of God in Gladewater. She was a loving devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother who will be dearly missed by all the loving family and friends she leaves behind. Family includes her son Ronnie Hill and wife Brenda; two brothers Kenneth Knight and Wayne Knight; two sisters Carol Nichols and husband James, and Jayne Mathis; nine grandchildren David Lacy and wife Jenny, Kim Mitchell and husband Gary, Tina Nelson, Tammy Roach, Stephen Hill and wife Krystal, Tim Coffey and wife Robin, Rachel Moss and husband Jeremy, Corey Coffey and wife Mandy and Brandon Coffey and wife Kayla; twenty-five great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, church family and friends. Mary is preceded in death by her parents; husband Herman Hill; daughter Linda Elliott; brother Raymond Knight; sisters Melba Sharp and Norene Green and a great granddaughter Jordan Hill.
