Bio

Lillie Agnes Nellums, 83, of Route 2, Cantonment, died Saturday at a hospital. Mrs. Nellums was a native and lifelong resident of Escambia County and a member of the Church of the Nazarene. Survivors include three sons, H.O. Nellums, Noah Nellums, both of Pensacola, and William B. Nellums of Carlsbad, Calif.; two daughters, Lucille Johns of Pace and Vergia Swafford of Cantonment; a brother, Jessie J. Steagall of Atlanta, Ga.; two sisters, Inez Jones of Cantonment and Avery Townley of Pensacola; 22 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren. Burial will be in the Beulah Cemetery.
