Bio

Louisa married 1st on August 23, 1846, Jay County, Indiana, to Phineas Irey. Together they had three children: Eden R. Irey, Hannah Margaret Irey Venable, and Martha Jane Irey Frazee. She married 2nd on January 18, 1856, Wabash County, Indiana, to William Riley Hobock. They appear in the 1860 census of Lagro, Wabash County, Indiana, with 11 children at home. Note: the name appears as "Hobuck" in the 1860 census and on his 1856 marriage record. Other records have "Hobock". After the death of her husband in 1880, Louisa spent part of the year living at her son's house per the 1880 Nebraska State Census.
