Jablonski, 94, of Loup City, died Saturday at the Valley County Hospital in Ord. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Josephat's Catholic Church in Loup City. Visitation will be Monday from 3 p.m. to 8:30 ;p.m. with a 7:30 p.m. rosary at Peters Funeral Home in Loup City. Memorials are suggested to the donor's choice. Mrs. Jablonski was born on Oct. 21, 1899, in Tarnov (Nebraska), to John and Mary Ann (Micek) Silver (Srebro). They lived on a farm near Tarnov and (the children) attended school. At age 11, the family moved to a farm north of Loup City. She married James Jablonski on Jan. 17, 1922, in Loup City. They farmed northwest of Ord until 1948 when they moved to near Loup City. Due to health reasons, the couple retired and moved into Loup City in 1950. Mr. Jablonski died on Feb. 18, 1970. Helen continued to live in Loup City until her death. She was a member of St. Josaphat's Catholic Church and its Altar Society. Survivors include two daughters, Irene (Mrs. Daryl) Harris of Loup City and Marcella (Mrs. Dean) Robbins of Ogallala; two sons, Leonard of Grant and Ernest of Melrose, Mass.; 14 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband; a son, Raymond; a daughter, Lorraine Jablonski; an infant grandson, Joseph Robbins; seven brothers and six sisters.
