Today Isaac Doyle Hightower, 65, of 5317 Purington who died Thursday in a hospital was to be buried in Rose Hill after funeral services at 2 p.m. Friday in Gause-Ware Memorial Chapel. He was a retired insurance salesman and had lived here more than 40 years. A native of Gordon, he was general chairman of the convention of the Veterans of World War I to be conducted here in July. Hightower was an elder in Meadowbrook Cumberland Presbyterian Church and a member of the Kiwanis Club. Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Martha Crump of Fort Worth; two sons, Harmon of Fort Worth and Leslie Hightower of Arlington; a brother, Warren Hightower of Fort Worth; four sisters, Mmes. Tom Harmon of Porterville, Cal., and Fleet McDaniel, Tom Martin and Bill Baumann of Dallas, and seven grandchildren.
