Owen C. Bingham died on January 7, 1990 at Pioneer Valley Hospital in West Valley City. Born April 20, 1915 in Roosevelt, Utah to Ashel and Grace Casper Bingham. Married Hazel Peterson December 11, 1935 in Vernal, Utah. He loved hunting, fishing, and all sports. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Survived by wife, Kearns; three sons and two daughters, Gerald O. and Laura Bingham, West Valley; Charlene and Randall Ford, Orem; David and Arlene Bingham, West Valley; Wayne and Ginni Bingham, Holladay; DiAnn and John Washburn, Sandy; 17 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters and seven brothers, Elva Woodruff; Erma Bird; Howard; Raymond; Clyde; Lowell; Ashel; William; and Richard. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at McDougal Golden Rule Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, where friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday and one hour prior to services. Interment: Valley View Memorial Park. Published in the Deseret News on 1/8/1990.
