Ava, 64, of OKC. Born Aug. 6, 1919 in Cushing OK, died May 31, 1984 at South Community Hospital, OKC. Her parents, Otto H. & Lillie ""Susie'' Sewell preceded her in death. She attended OKC schools and had been a member since childhood of Capitol Hill United Methodist Church, where she taught a Sunday School class for several years. She is survived by her husband, Clarence R. ""Pat'' Garrett; 2 sons, William C. ""Markham'' Curtis III & wife, Maria of Albuquerque N.M., and A. Bradley Curti s & wife, Linda of Enid OK; a daughter, Susan Rene' Moosmann & husband, Lt. Christopher P. Moosmann of Galstad Germany; 3 step-daughters, Kathy Armstrong, Linda Barr, & Patricia Gable; other survivors include a brother, Dr. LeRoy Sewell & wife, Faydel of Barltesville OK; a sister, Vera Sue Miller & her husband, Alan of OKC; a niece, Carol Lansdown of Enid; nephew, Stan Sewell of Carrollton TX, Rev. Mark Sewell of Spencer OK; great-nieces, Kelley Sewell & Amy Lansdown & a great-nephew, Brian Lansdown. Services 10am Monday at Capitol Hill Methodist Church, with interment in Arlington Cemetery.
