Wife of Daniel Perkins Jr.; died aged 36 years, 6 months & 21 days. _________________________ According to information found in North America, Family Histories, 1500-2000 for Caroline Lucy Loomis: (The descendants of Veach Williams, of Lebanon, Connecticut), Caroline Lucy Loomis was the daughter of Ezra Loomis and Caroline Clark of Columbus, N.Y. She was born on the 4th of November 1804 in Columbus and was married on the 3rd of April 1826 to Daniel Perkins (son of Daniel Perkins) also of Columbus. Her husband was a farmer and they resided in Columbus until about 1838 when they removed to Cincinnatus, N.Y. Caroline Loomis & Daniel Perkins had six children: Saxadotha D, Delos Garland, Clark Gardiner, Caroline Lucy “Carrie”, Helen Jane, and Daniel Ezra. She died in Cincinnatus on the 28th of November 1840 at age 36. Sometime later Daniel moved on to Mukwonago, Wisconsin where he remarried and had more children.
