Katherine "Pudden" Rager passed away peacefully Monday, Oct. 6, 2008, at her home in Burleson. Funeral: 12:30 p.m. Friday in Laurel Land Memorial Chapel. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park, Fort Worth. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Mrs. Rager was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Katherine was born Nov. 26, 1935, to Walter and Alta Mae Harris in Waco. She was preceded in death by two sons, George Randolph Rager and Charles Kelton Rager; and a grandson, Wesley James Rager. Survivors: Her husband of 56 years, Charles Rager of Burleson; sons, Steve Rager and wife, Maria, of Burleson and Daniel Rager and wife, Peggy, of Crowley; granddaughters, Sonya Ayars and husband, Justin, and Kimberly Rager; grandson, Kirk Harmon and wife, Andrea; four great-grandchildren; brother, Joe "Bo" Foster; and sisters, Mary Woodard and husband, Donald, and Mae Odale Marks, all of Ennis.
