George A. Beasley FRANKSTON - Services for George A. Beasley, 81, Frankston, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday at Autry Funeral Home Chapel, Frankston, with Rev. Wayne Eubanks officiating. Burial will be 3 pm. Friday at Harvey Cemetery, near Broaddus. Mr. Beasley died Sept. 15, 2008, in Tyler. He was born April 11, 1927, in Cherokee County to the late Jewell Beasley and Beulah Kinney Beasley. He was a brick layer in the construction industry. Survivors include his wife, Marjie Nell Purswell Beasley, Frankston; sons, John Beasley, Maydelle, Robert Beasley, Frankston, Andy Beasley, Chandler; daughters, Karen Powell, Tyler, Terri Chandler, Monmouth, Ill.; brothers, Jewel Beasley, Kilgore, James Beasley, Manvel, Jesse Beasley, Tyler; sisters, Mae Pierce, Richardson, and Fae Mangham, Fort Worth; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
