JACKSONVILLE - Graveside services for Frank Beasley, 91, Jacksonville are scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday at Pennington Cemetery near Crockett with the Rev. Andy Fanette officiating. Arrangements are with Thompson Funeral Home, Jacksonville. Mr. Beasley died May 13, 2007, in a Jacksonville hospital. He was born March 11, 1916, in Rusk. He served in the Army and was a bricklayer. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gertrude Beasley. Survivors include sons, Jerry J. Beasley, Jacksonville, and Ralph Beasley, Jasper; brothers, James Beasley, Houston, Jewel Beasley, Kilgore, Jessie Beasley, Tyler, and George Beasley, Lake Palestine; sisters, Mae Pierce, Richardson, and Fae Manghram, Fort Worth; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Published in the Tyler Morning Telegraph on 5/16/2007.
