Bio

Daughter of Jefferson Decal Horn and Susan Ella Shelby. Wife of Norman J. Cox. Published in the Athens Review March 7, 1935 Mrs. Norman Cox, 48, died at her home on the Bose Coleman farm South-east of Athens at 11:30 Thursday morning. Her death was attributed to acute peritonitis which followed a recent illness with influenza. Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at Shelby Chapel where interment followed. The deceased is survived by her husband and nine children.
