Services for Albert "Mike" Howard Jr., 69, of Cleveland, Texas, who died May 31, 1987 in a Houston hospital, were June 2, 1987 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home. Reverends Newton Hambrick and Gary Ladner officiated with burial following in Cleveland City Cemetery in Cleveland, Texas. Mr. Howard was born December 7, 1917 in Liberty County, Texas. Mr. Howard is survived by his sisters, Erma Reed, Alice Keyser, Elma Rae Howard, Mary Shaw and Mildred Hill; three nephews and two nieces. Pallbearers were Charlie Morgan, Marvin Reaves, Warren Despain, Burl Thomas, Raymond Jackson and Lloyd Meadows.
