Michael Andrew Saffer, 70, passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2025, in Fort Worth, TX. He was born on November 20, 1955, in Cambridge, MA, to Harry and Dorothy Saffer. Michael worked as an electrician before retiring in 2018. He enjoyed experimenting in the kitchen and cooking for his family. He was an avid sports fan with his favorite team being the Chicago Bears. Michael is survived by his wife, Telisa Saffer; his children, Jason Saffer and wife Sandra, Bryon Saffer, and Savannah Schoessow and husband Trevor; as well as his grandchildren, Kayli and Oakley Saffer. Michael is also survived by his brother, Dennis Saffer, four sisters, Sharon Green and husband Marvin, Susie Hansen and husband Mike, Kelly Heitzmann and husband Steve, Robin Krueger and husband Charlie, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Michael leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter for all who knew him. In honoring Michael's request, there will be no services scheduled. Please honor him by cheering on his favorite team, the Chicago Bears for the remainder of the season.
