Mildred L. Nipps Keith & Keith Funeral Home ISSAQUAH - Mildred L. "Millie" Nipps, 84, of Issaquah, WA, formerly of Yakima, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 30, 2008 in Issaquah, Washington. She was born August 19, 1923 in Gainesville, Missouri to Melburn Hackler and Bessie R. (Mahan) Hackler. She married the love of her life, William F. Nipps in 1938. She gave birth to her only son, William "Carl" Nipps in 1941. Millie moved to Washington in 1964. She worked for the Boeing Aircraft Company for many years. When they lived in Yakima, she and her husband owned and operated the Columbia Motel on Fruitvale Boulevard. She is preceded in death by her son, Carl and two of her brothers, Dallas and Archie. She is survived by her husband of seventy years, Bill Nipps, their grandchildren, Chris, Brett, Tiffany and Curtis Nipps; her brothers, Bo, Dean, Tom and Lester and many nieces nephews and cousins. Visitation and viewing will be held from 12 noon until 5:00 p.m. Sunday and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday at the Keith & Keith Ninth Avenue Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 5, 2008 in the Keith & Keith Ninth Avenue Chapel. Concluding services and burial will follow at West Hills Memorial Park.
