Bio
Chief Master Sergeant "Chief" United States Air Force. Chief Cooper was the son of Edgar and Addie Cooper. He was born and raised on a small farm near Childress Army Air Field. He married Rose Marie Nickel and is the father of Jeanette, Kevin, Larry, and Michelle. Chief Cooper was listed as a National Guard Technical Sergeant in the Army Air Corps at Brooks Field, San Antonio when he enlisted in the regular Army on November 6, 1945. He had experience as a Communications Technician and Operator and was, at the time of this enlistment, a Medical Technician. After he retired at Brooks AFB, he became active in real estate.
