Bio
Esther departed this life on Thursday September 11, 2025, at Rust Medical Center in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. She was born on February 2, 1941, in Wheatland, Wyoming to Clifford Elton Frasier and Erma Virginia Carbis. Esther grew up in Guernsey, Wyoming and graduated from Guernsey High School in 1959. She married Merle Dean Dick on November 5, 1960. in Torrington, Wyoming. To this union two children were born. She was employed by Goshen County Unified School District #1 at Lincoln Elementary School in Torrington, Wyoming as a music and library aide in 1974 and retired as Librarian in 2004. During her lifetime she was an honorary member of Bethel 34 of Guernsey Order of Jobs Daughters and a member of Royal Neighbors. Esther was welcomed into heaven by her parents Clifford Elton Frasier and Erma Virginia Carbis, step-parents Joseph Nicholas Calmes and Elizabeth Lucille (Gorman) Frasier, brothers William Hugh Frazier and Micheal Thomas Calmes, grandparents William Ernest "Ernie" Carbis, Esther Viola Cadwell, Bert Clement Frasier and Jenny May Brown and great grandparents Thomas John "Tom" Carbis, Mary Susan Wilkins, Dwight Howard Cadwell, Amanda Jane "Amy" Stauffer, Lewellyn Frasier, Anna Elizabeth Bair, Bryon Abbott Brown and Margretha "Maggie" Schafer.
