Mary Lee Parkhill, 80 passed away at a local hospital in Denton, Texas. Mary was born in Denton, Texas on September 17, 1944 to Kenneth George and Dorothy Farmer. Mary loved cooking and collecting recipes. She also loved putting her novels on Facebook for everyone to enjoy. Mary enjoyed her trips to Gainesville to "Get a Burger", going to WinStar and really enjoyed the notes that Doug would leave her on the bathroom mirror that were written in a bar of soap. Mary wanted to see her 50th wedding anniversary and she made it. Mary is preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Elizabeth Hope. Mary is survived by her husband of 50 years, Doug Parkhill; a son Tod Parkhill and a daughter Julie Row; (6) grandchildren, (13) great grandchildren and (2) great great grandchildren.
