Prayer services for Donald Woolery Jr., 29, 1206 S. 33rd. St., will be 7:30 tonight at Colonial Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral will be at 10 a.n.. Monday at the chapel, with burial Mount Olivet. His body was found Friday afternoon after drowning Monday in the Platte River. A native of Maryville, Mo., he lived most of his life in St. Joseph. He was of the Catholic faith. Surviving are his parents, Donald and Charlene Woolery of the home; three sons, Michael Woolery, Joshua Woolery, and Nathan Woolery, all of Columbia, Mo.; two brothers, David Woolery, Huntington Beach, Calif., and Timothy Woolery, St. Joseph; three sisters, Sherry Woolery, Kathy Woolery, and Linda Fergison, all of St. Joseph; a maternal grandmother, Mabel Gilbert, St. Joseph; five nieces; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
