Roger Charles Ihde was born on December 29, 1942, in Seward, Nebraska to Herbert and Thelma (Comer) Ihde and passed away on May 16, 2025, in Stromsburg, Nebraska at the age of 82 years, 4 months and 17 days. Roger grew up in Tamora, Nebraska and attended Tamora School for a couple of years. Throughout the years he held various jobs including Hughes Brothers, Inc. and for a garbage company. Roger also worked in construction where he mainly completed concrete jobs. On January 8, 1971, Roger was united in marriage to Shirley Wood. In his free time, Roger enjoyed fishing, watching Western TV shows and wrestling. Roger is preceded in death by his parents; grandchildren, Thomas Ihde, Chelsea Ihde; brothers, Robert Ihde, Gary Ihde, Ronnie Ihde, Leroy Ihde; sisters, Virginia Ramey, Janice "Mae" Tripplette, Carol Withers, Bonnie Price.
