Carol A. Withers, 70, of Normal, Illinois died at 8:35 a.m. Thursday (Dec. 24, 2015) at her home. Carol was born on July 19, 1945 in Seward, Nebraska, the daughter of Herbert and Thelma Comer Ihde. She married Donald Withers on Aug. 21, 1965 in Lincoln, Nebraska. She is survived by her husband; her sons, Daniel (Jaime) Withers and Don (Shari) Withers; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; her siblings, Kathy (Fred) Saltzman, Ronnie (Sherri) Ihde, Larry (Pam) Ihde, Alice Bolender, Ricky Ihde, Debbie (Frank) Meek, Terry Ihde, Roger (Shirley) Ihde, Gary (Melanie) Ihde and Darrell (Betty) Ihde; sisters-in-law, Vickie Gray and Karen Ihde and several nieces and nephews. Carol was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Zachary Withers and her siblings, Robert Ihde, Jenny Ramey, Mae (Bill) Triplette, Bonnie (Asa) Price and Leroy Ihde.
