Bio
Norval "Rick" Schneringer, 82, died Friday March 28, 1997 in a local hospital. A Navy veteran of World War II, he was born June 27, 1914, in Mitchell, Neb., was a retired president of a satellite TV company, a member of Houston, Oklahoma City and Las Vegas rotary clubs, and a 12-year resident of Las Vegas. He is survived by his wife, Gloria of Las Vegas; son, James of Dallas; sister, LaVerne Roten Copsey of Spokane, Wash.; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Visitation will be 9 a.m. until services at 10 a.m. Monday in Palm Mortuary-Eastern with entombment in Palm Valley View Cemetery. Palm Mortuary-Jones handled the arrangements. Obituary in The Las Vegas Review-Journal (Las Vegas, Nevada) on Sunday March 30, 1997.
