Bio

Franklin was the second of eleven children born to George Franklin Butler and Lydia Ethyl Martin. He married Earlin Thornton in 1930. They were the parents of three children, Earline Luella Butler (1931-1962), Lawrence Franklin Butler (1932-2009, and [living] before Franklin passed away in 1933. After Franklin's untimely death, his widow Earlin married Harold George Morris. The siblings Earline and Lawrence were adopted by him and they took on the Morris family name.
