(Cusick) Herre, 93, of Omaha, Nebraska passed away Friday, October 11, 2024 at Josie Harper Hospice House. She was born March 15, 1931 in Fremont, NE to Clarence and Agnes (Wolken) Cusick. Kathleen grew up in Fremont and attended Fremont Senior High School. She worked at JC Penney, Schweser's Department Store and Hinky Dinky in Fremont. In the late 1970's she moved to Omaha and later worked at a Hallmark Store. Kathleen was a former member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Fremont and was past President of the Dodge County Cancer Society. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Todd Herre; brothers, Jim (Roberta) Cusick and Dick (Judy) Cusick, and sister, Darlene (Denis) Reeson. Survived by daughter, Susan Rockidge of Omaha; sons, Mike (Karen) Herre of Elkhorn, NE and Pat (Kathy) Herre of Caldwell, Idaho; five grandchildren; 18, great-grandchildren and ten great-great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life and burial will be held at a later date.
