Bio

Born to Benjamin Terryl Palmer (1832-1897) & Frances Ella Carruth "Fanny" Cliett Palmer (1839-1884). The family moved to Caldwell County, TX, in 1873. Lula married Francis Album "Frank" Cooper (1855-1903) on Oct. 10. 1878, in Caldwell Co., TX. His father was from Ireland and mother from Mississippi. Four children: • Tom T. Cooper (1879-1945) • Willie Ware Cooper (1882-1933) • Lula Lee Cooper Rutherford (1889-1961) • Fannie Frank Cooper Richardson (1891-1940) After Louisa "Lula" died, Frank, his second wife & his children moved west to Coleman County, TX, in 1898, per Tom Cooper's obituary.
