Wife: Carrie RICE; married 20 Jun 1900, Kenton, OK; she died 1951; 7 children: one daughter, Judith, d. 1923. Parents: Benjamin Terrell PALMER and Fannie Ella Carruth CLIETT. Survived by 4 sons: Rice, Portland, OR; Cliett and Terrell, Tulsa, OK and Quinn, Ardmore, OK; 2 daughters: Mrs. Sue DISMANT and Mrs. Carruth CAPP, Palisade, CO and a sister, Mrs. Walter GILES, Albuquerque, NM.
