Margaret Agnes (Kostecka) Aimer, age 86, of Waco, passed away early Thursday morning, September 12, 2024 at Baylor Scott and White Hillcrest Hospital in Waco. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Monday, September 16, 2024 at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West, with Rev. Timothy Vaverek as celebrant. The family will receive visitors from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m at Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel in West. Margie was born September 19, 1937 in West, the daughter of the late Louis and Elizabeth (Neckar) Kostecka. She attended schools in West. On June 29, 1963 she was united in marriage to Joseph Aimer in West. Margie was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bellmead. She enjoyed going out to eat, traveling to Louisiana and San Antonio, and spending time with family and friends. Survivors include her beloved husband of 61 years, Joseph Aimer of Waco; sister in law, Francis Barton and husband Ed; several cousins including, Angeline Urban who was also her caregiver; and many other cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
