According to his death certificate (Fannin Co., #50545, Mrs. Ora SUDDERTH, [wife], informant), he was the son of Joe [Joseph Tucker] SUDDERTH and Sarah McLAHAN [actually McMahan], [and the husband of Ora Myrtle ALLEN]. The couple had at least three children: Allen, Rayburn, and Peggy.
