Bio

Abe, the son of William David SUDDERTH and Elizabeth TUCKER, migrated from Gwinnett County, Georgia with his first wife, Temperance HARRIS, whom he married about 1843, and 4 children to TX about 1852. Following her death en route, he and the children settled in Quitman, Wood Co., TX, where he married Nancy BROWN in 1853. The couple had 3 additional children. In 1871, they all moved to Leonard, where he farmed and lived the remainder of his life.
