William is on the 1880 Federal census in Hunt County, Texas with is first wife and on the 1900 Federal census in Hunt County with his second wife. She was also married before to Creed Hale. William Voyles is the son of Jonathan Voyles and Rachel Voyles who were married in Illinois. William may have been born in Crawford County Arkansas as Jonathan and Nicholas Voyles always traveled together. Jonathan is the nephew of Nicholas Voyles.
