Charity "Millie" Harbaugh, 83, of Fairfield, PA died Sunday morning, April 7, 2024 at her home. Born March 15, 1941 in Fairfield she was the daughter of the late Seymour J. and Kathleen Arentz (Kuykendall) Bobo. She was the wife of the late Roy D. Harbaugh, Sr. who died February 19, 2016. Mrs. Harbaugh worked for many years assisting in the Fairfield High School cafeteria. She was a devoted mother, spending most of her time taking care of her children. Millie is survived by her four children, Cindy Asper, of New Oxford, Terry Harbaugh, of Fairfield, Gary Harbaugh, of Gettysburg, Linda Harbaugh, of Gettysburg, her three grandchildren, Tanya Cook, James Trent, Brittany Woodward, her four great grandchildren, Tyra Harrison, Lee Cook, III, Natalie Trent, Esme Woodward, and her two sisters, Shirley Wilkinson, and Rosalie Parsons. She was preceded in death by her son, Roy David Harbaugh, Jr. who died in December 2023, three brothers and three sisters. Funeral services for Millie will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, April 11, 2024 with Rev Douglas Lichty officiating. Burial will be in the Fairfield Union Cemetery. T
