Joe Belha COOPER ? Joe Belha, 73, of Carrollton passed away Thursday, March 25, 2004, in Dallas. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 28, at Delta Funeral Home Chapel, and interment will be in New Klondike Cemetery. He was born on May 22, 1930, in Ennis, the son of Joseph and Francis Kubin Belha. He was in the dry cleaning business. He married Elizabeth Martin on March 28, 1962. Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Belha of Carrollton; two daughters, Debra Heinsohn of Terrell and Melissa Mesa of Little Elm; three sisters, Mary Lou Novy, Janice Jakubik and Geraldine Horak; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
