Bio

Carl Williamson Holley was born on July 24, 1895. His father, John Lewis Holley, was 27 and his mother, Archie Mildred Graham Holley, was 21. He was the third child born of their union. He married Anna "Annie" Josephine Neville in 1919 in Taiban, New Mexico. He enlisted in the US Navy on June 1, 1917 serving in World War I. He was discharged from the military on February 13, 1919. He retired as an attendant at the Hudson River State Hospital. Carl and Anna had five children in 10 years. He died on April 11, 1964, in Poughkeepsie, New York, at the age of 68. The funeral was held on 14 April 1964 at 9:00 AM with Del Santo Funeral Home and at 9:30 AM at St Peter's Church a Mass of Requiem was offered.
