Bio

Arthur Willis Shoemaker, native of Breckinridge, Kentucky and resident here for the past 35 years died yesterday in Farmersville. Shoemaker would have been 66 on December 26. He was born in 1875, the son of the late Rev John Shoemaker, an early pioneer of Tulare county. Shoemaker had been ill for some time. Funeral services tomorrow and interment will be in family plot at the Visalia cemetery. Towobrothers, Edwin and Jesse Shoemaker survive. Visalia Times-Delta Dec 8 1941
