Bio

Jesse Shoemaker, 76, retired painter and paperhanger, died at his Farmersville home last night. A native of Louisville, Ky., Mr. Shoemaker had been a resident of the Farmersville area since 1901. He is survived by four nephews, H.O. Grant, Visalia, Charles B. Grant, Santa Cruz, William and Byron Shoemaker, Los Angeles; three nieces, Mrs. Mary Miller and Mrs. Manuel Correia, Los Angeles, and Miss Nanna Grant, Visalia. Visalia Times-Delta Dec 26 1953
