Terry Ray Banks, 50, of Hemphill died June 5,2006 Banks was born Dec. 20, 1955, in Houston and lived in Sabine County for the past year and half. He was a landscaper and member of Six Mile Baptist Church. Survivors; parents, Charles and Bobbie Banks of Hemphill; Daughter, Amanda Rae Bumpas of Atlanta, Georgia; and sisters, Judy Barnes and Ann "Pistel" Oates, both of Humble. Funeral Services were helt at 11 a.m.Thursday at the chapel of Starr Funeral Home Inc. in Hemphill with Bro. Dan George of Six Mile Baptist Church officiating. Interment followed at Yellowpine Cemetery.
