Wright Funeral Directors LaDon Emmert (August 5, 1922 - March 3, 2008) Graveside services will be Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at 2:00 PM in the Shamrock Cemetery, Shamrock, TX with Rev. Joe G. Jernigan, pastor of Calvary Christian Fellowship, officiating. Burial will be in Shamrock Cemetery, Shamrock, TX under the direction of Wright Funeral Directors. LaDon Emmert was born August 5, 1922 in Shamrock to Tom and Jessye Pike Smith. She married James Foster "Slim" Emmert on April 14, 1951. He preceded her in death on March 26, 1959. Mrs. Emmert had lived in Shamrock most of her life; having lived in Amarillo for three years. She was a registered nurse and a member of Calvary Christian Fellowship.
