The Banner-Press 15 Mar 1973, Thu • Page 7 Mrs. Irma Rydberg Funeral Services In Omaha March 6 Funeral services for Irma Z Rydberg of Omaha were conducted Tuesday morning, March 6, at Brewer-Korisko Chapel in Omaha with Rev. Lowell E. Byall officiating. Mrs. Rydberg, 63, died Saturday March 3. at the Lutheran Hospital, Omaha. Pallbearers were Jay Jansen, , Gerald Lawyer, Frank Martincek, Don Thompson, Duane Tunnyhill and Robert Yost. Burial was in Hillerest Memorial Park Cemetery. Out of town relatives attended from Bruno, David City, Valley, Columbus, and Mead, and Downey, Calif. Mrs. Rydberg, daughter of Frank and Antonie (Janak) Zeleny, was born Sept. 22, 1909, at Bruno. She attended District 86 School at Bruno. On March 6, 1931, she was married in Omaha to Russell Rydberg. Four children were born to this union. She was a member of Mosher-Pilgrim United Presbyterian Church. Surviving are her husband, Russell; two sons, Donald R. of Omaha and Richard of Chicago, Ill.; two daughters, Mrs. Ruth Zezulak and Mrs. Bernice Iddings of Omaha; one brother, Edward Zeleny of Valley; two sisters, Mrs. Helen Lance of Downey, Calif., and Mrs. Elsie Pohl of Bruno; and eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister.
