He was a co-owner of Crawler Supply Co. and owner of Phil Hollingsworth Equipment Sales. He enjoyed animals and fast cars. He was preceded in death by his parents, Spencer Scott Hollingsworth, Sr. and Pauline Cooper Hollingsworth; wife of 30 years, Rachel deBlieux Hollingsworth, brother, Spencer Scott Hollingsworth, Jr.; and sisters, Jane Hollingsworth Neuman and JoAnn Moore Cashio. He leaves his daughters, Jami Hollingsworth Redmond (Coy Redmond) and Elizabeth Dawn Hollingsworth; grandchildren, Cash Coy Redmond, Christopher Blake Edelmann (Laura Edelmann), and Christyn Edelmann; great-granddaughter, Catalina; sister, Ann Hollingsworth Rozier; and brother, John Thomas Hollingsworth.
