Patricia Diane Givens Riendeau April 12, 1946 - December 19, 2022 Patricia Diane Givens Riendeau ("Pat") was called home by the Lord on Monday, December 19, 2022. Pat was born on April 12, 1946 in Baldwin County to the late Vernon Givens and Mary (Ard) Givens of Robertsdale. Pat graduated from Robertsdale High School in 1964 and raised her children in Robertsdale. As a young woman, Pat attended a year of nursing school at the Mobile Infirmary School of Nursing and was part of the inaugural class at The University of South Alabama. In later years, she became the caretaker of many friends and family who looked to her for advice. Pat also enjoyed the roses she grew at her home, fireworks from her front porch on July 4th, and going with Buddy and Marcy to picnic near the beach in Gulf Shores. She was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church, Robertsdale, AL. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Samuel "Sammy" Givens of Fairhope and is survived by her husband, Aldoria "Buddy" Riendeau, her children, Susan Ryder of Estes Park, CO and Marcy Riendeau of Robertsdale, AL. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 23, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. from the First Baptist Church of Robertsdale with Pastor Josh Lilly officiating. A visitation will be held at the church prior to the service from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in the Bethel Baptist Cemetery, Robertsdale, Alabama. Obituary published to the website of Mack Funeral Home 21 December 2022.
