Carrie Wilson Dodd of Lubbock, Texas, passed away on November 17, 2022, at the age of 73. Carrie was born in Lubbock on May 29, 1949. She married the love of her life, Dennis Irvin Dodd, on December 23, 1971. Carrie and Dennis enjoyed nearly 50 years of marriage. Together, they owned and operated Trailer Moves, Inc. in Lubbock for 42 years. Carrie spent her life doing whatever she could to help others. She was known for being honest and caring. Carrie was passionate about sharing Jesus with other people, and she looked for opportunities to do so. She loved to spend time with her family and especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed many travels and was always ready to take another trip. The one she looked forward to the most was her final journey to her Lord's side. Carrie is survived by a son and a daughter; Two grandchildren; Also three sisters and a brother; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Dennis. Funeral arrangements will be held on November 22, 2022, in Lubbock at Resthaven Funeral Home starting at 10:00 am
