JoAnn (Farmer) Luginbyhl 88 of Krum passed away Monday, August 15, 2022 at the Medical City Denton Hospital. She was born on December 11, 1933 in Denton To Frank and Odessa Smith Farmer. She married Philo Luginbyhl on February 15, 1962 in Gainesville Texas. He preceded her in death on April 5, 2002. JoAnn served two years on the Krum City Council and was retired from Texas Instruments. She was a member of the Ridin For The Brand Cowboy Church. The Family will be at DeBerry Funeral Directors for Visitation Thursday, August 18th from 5-7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. August 19th in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors with Rev. Roger Marsh officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Denton. JoAnn is survived by her daughter Kathy and husband Teddy Dietz of Sanger, grandsons, Steven and Callan Dietz, great grandchildren, Trenton Law Gibbs, Bella Hope Dietz, Kali Faith Dietz, Corrie Janae Dietz, and a sister, Patsy Calvert. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Philo, son, Randy Luginbyhl, daughter, Derba Kay Gibbs, 2 grandchildren, James Law Gibbs, Misty Dawn Gibbs. Pallbearers will be; Steven and Callan Dietz, Danny Womack, Chris Luginbyhl, Jimmy Runnels, and Robert Spraybeary. Memorials may be made to the Ridin for the Brand Cowboy Church.
