Columbus (Nebraska) Telegram 9 October 1991 COLUMBUS - Susan M. Shemek, 29, of Bellwood, died Wednesday, Oct. 9, 1991, at Columbus Community Hospital. Funeral services are 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Peter Catholic Church in Bellwood with the Rev. David Hintz officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Cemetery in Columbus. Visitation is...at McKown Funeral Home in Columbus... Miss Shemek was born Dec. 20, 1961, in Columbus. She attended West Park School in Columbus and Bellwood Public School in Bellwood. She lived all of her life in the Columbus and Bellwood areas. Survivors include her mother and step-father, Dorothy and Russ Burmood of Bellwood; her father, Martin Shemek of Ogallala; and three brothers, David and Terry of Columbus and Rick of Duncan.
